On the day of the date Saturday May 23 at 13:24 pm of Argentina Local I did pay $ 24.99 via credit card VISA TO UPDATE THE SERVICE PRO, my account In.Sight of habatida @ BrTurbo .com.br the system informs me that the payment was made successfully.
After a reasonable time and continue watching my BASIC to PRO plan was not updated. and I have not received my mail communication informing the payment.
Please inform me I ask what is the reason, if you can check if the payment via Visa card is registered and if so change my plan'to PRO.
