My Device is Active, but cannot connect
This is a common problem when on the same account you are connecting on your Mobile Phone and your PC at the same time, or within 1 hr of each other. 

If the connection is still active on the previous connection, the security will lock you out until the connection times out or is killed. 

This can also happen if something goes wrong with a previous connection. 

THE FIX: The act of logging out from Yoics on the website will kill all your connections allowing you when you log back in to establish a connection on the other device. (note this will kill all connection on the other devices logged in the same account no matter which device issues the logout).

We have been trying for months to connect and contact someone from your company for help. As you might know we have gotten nowhere with either one...So please can someone contact me ASAP to get this resolved. I will be at 724-254-2548 until 5pm eastern time and would appreciate a call today. trying to view lorex security cameras remotely. all I get is a page like this

I have the same problem. I am trying to view lorex security remotely and all I get is the same page:

Starting to think this is a steaming pile. The camera used to work but no more. An app would be nice, maybe even some useful direction. I went to trouble of sorting out user name and password only to have page tell me it was a "Bad Log-in for Beta" ditto for Classic. Truly not impressed. Wonder if Costco will take this POS back?

Aweful tech support! I have submitted ticket after ticket to get an issue resolved with "View Locally" and "Direct Connect". The view locally option MIGHT get fixed - but the fix only lasts for one single day. I've NEVER been able to use the "Direct Connect" option. Also, want to connect via mobile app? FORGET IT! I've NEVER been able to get that feature either. Eventhough I've asked and asked and asked for help. I get NOTHING! No email. What happens? You may ask. I submit a ticket, I get an email saying the ticket has been received followed by another email that says the ticket has been closed. Yet, nothing has changed or got fixed.

The worst support ever. Are you still in business?
I submitted a ticket saying my camera is inactive. I receive an email that it is active but when I check my account it says inactive.
I try to submit another ticket and it says try another email address, that this one is being used.
No phone support. No way to access status page and run diagnostics.
I'm ready to go buy a Dropcam

Horrible camera as it usually doesn't work properly. Way to complicated. This is why the Internet of Things won't happen. Bought a Belkin camera. Worked the first time, every time.

I want my money back for this Asstak piece of crab. How does this get done?

if the product doesn't work, then either return it or face fraud charges. Worst product I have ever owned.
